For as long as I can remember, Violence in the Games Industry has been a topic of much heated debate and controversy.
Many claim that violence in games is more dangerous than violence in passive media (e.g. film and literature). Others state that this is not the case, and that enacting these violent scenarios can act as a vent and lower violence in real life. Whatever the case, Iām here to argue a more tangential point:
Violence has become a crutch for the Games Industry.
